Study of Family Communication and Health Beliefs.
You are invited to be in a research study of the effect that family communication and health beliefs have on persons’ willingness to get flu vaccination. The study is an online questionnaire asking yo about how you communicate in your family and about your use of health resources, including flu vaccinations.
